Club Car. March 2016

Notice to all members: The Club Car is nearly ready to report for duty.

The Car is available to all club members with a full license aged between 25-75.

In the meantime we need to set down some ground rules such as responsibility, Car Pooling, Calendar allocation etc. The Calendar will follow Cycling Ireland Calendar predominantly with all other requests being considered.

Navan Road Club Committee have a live calendar which is generated from requests from Club Members.

If you intend to use the car you will need to forward a copy/digital copy of your driving license to the Treasurer Michael Mills as soon as possible. This is a process you only need to complete once.

If you have a date in mind please liaise with Treasurer and then forward a completed copy of the Club Car Request Form. This form is available by clicking on the first link shown below. Dates are not allocated on the calendar until this has been received. Word of mouth is not sufficient!

Upon collection of the car you will then be asked to sign and agree to rules set down. A copy of the rules are available on the second link below. You will also have to sign an in/out form for the car itself. A copy is attached below in the third link.

The 2016 Calendar is being formed already and it takes into account the RAS, Youth Races and other major Races from the Cycling Ireland Calendar.

Thank you for your co operation.
